Marla Eskin - Providing Bankruptcy Litigation Support in Delaware

Marla Eskin is a Wilmington, Delaware, legal professional who handles bankruptcy litigation cases with Campbell & Levine. Since 2002, she has handled diverse commercial bankruptcy law cases and served as counsel for a number of Section 524(g) asbestos settlement trusts. Marla Eskin helps ensure that valid claims submitted by trusts regarding asbestos personal injuries are paid out under bankruptcy court-defined Trust Distribution Procedures (TDP).
